A few days ago, participants from the Salesian Youth Movement of Lombardy (Milan) and Emilia-Romagna (Bologna) visited Tibidabo. Specifically, the visit took place on August 15th, the Feast of the Assumption.
A group of 150 young people attended, accompanied by 15 Salesian priests and 5 Salesian sisters. They were led by the Provincial Vicar and Youth Ministry Delegate of Lombardy, Fr. Gianluca Villa.
They celebrated the Eucharist in the basilica, attended a presentation on the Work of Tibidabo, and ascended to the base of the statue of the Sacred Heart.
They had also completed a segment of the Camino de Santiago and visited the Sagrada Familia before returning to Italy the following day.
