On March 3rd and 4th, the in-person meeting of the Provincial Commission of Social Education Platforms – Salesians Social – took place in Barcelona.

The Tibidabo house hosted this meeting of the Provincial Commission of Social Education Platforms in Barcelona. Participants had time to pray, discern the present and future of Salesians Social, and share in a fraternal way.

The training session was based on the proposal of the Rector Major in this year’s Strenna: Do whatever He tells you. “We have outlined the design of the Training Plan for the environment and how to implement the affective-sexual education itinerary. We have progressed in defining all the competencies required for our mission: the charismatic, the transversal, and the technical,” they shared regarding the content of the meeting.

This gathering lays the first foundations for the strategic lines of the coming years, based on discernment on how to promote shared leadership that pays close attention to care, vocational identity formation, and the protection (centrality) of the mission.

“Another grain in our commitment to being protagonists of history, so that our beneficiaries can also become so,” they stated.
